A clear commitment to you.
If we cannot fulfil the request, you receive a full refund. You can also cancel before the first delivery for a full refund. One combined clarification of up to three questions is included for seven days after delivery.
Timing, availability and refunds
We prepare at most two new briefs per week. Availability is checked before an invoice is issued. Your invoice states the deadline, payment window and exact tax. If we miss the agreed deadline, a full refund is due unless you agreed to a new one beforehand. A material scope failure can be corrected or refunded under the service terms.
What belongs in a brief?
Questions about direction, priorities, projects and commitments. Use roles rather than other people’s names. Legal, tax, investment, medical and other regulated advice belongs with a qualified professional.
