Effective 12 October 2026 / Version congaso-2026-10-12-direct-v2
1. Seller and service
Congaso is provided by Data Vision IT Services Inc., with Alex Pustovoyt responsible for preparing and approving the work. Correspondence: 404-999 Canada Place, Vancouver, BC V6C 3E2, Canada. Contact: contact@congaso.com. The service is delivered remotely.
The Decision Brief covers one accepted decision, one decision-maker and up to three options. It includes a 6–8 page brief, a one-page decision sheet and one combined written clarification within the original scope. Relevant public source checks are bounded and their sources and limits are identified.
2. Price and payment
The service price is CAD $1,500 plus applicable GST/HST. The invoice identifies the tax amount, registration number and full total before you approve payment. There is no subscription, automatic add-on or recurring charge. There is no manual fit-review wait. Your decision summary, billing address, confirmation of the service scope and available capacity are checked immediately before checkout. The invitation shows the full total and exact deadline. You must explicitly approve the scope, total, deadline and instructions before making an Interac e-Transfer through your own financial institution.
An expired invitation, changed scope or changed deadline requires fresh approval. Reporting a transfer does not confirm payment. The operator independently checks the receiving bank record and matches the amount, currency and invoice before recording receipt. No work starts from an unverified payment.
3. Suitability and information
You must be at least 18, entitled to commission the work and authorised to share the information supplied. Use de-identified roles and broad ranges. Maximum intake: 2,000 words and five public links, with no private document uploads. If the request cannot be fulfilled, we decline it before payment or provide a full refund after verified payment. We may ask one focused follow-up to clarify your summary without silently extending the delivery deadline.
4. Start and delivery
Complete accepted intake, explicit scope acceptance and independently verified Interac e-Transfer receipt are all required. The date those conditions are met is day zero. Day one is the next business day. Delivery is due by 5:00 p.m. America/Vancouver time on the third business day, excluding weekends and British Columbia statutory holidays. The actual date appears before payment and on your receipt.
No more than two paid cases start per Monday-to-Sunday week, with no more than two in preparation. Availability is confirmed before payment. We do not silently pause a paid case or extend its deadline. Missing facts are labelled as assumptions or resolved through an explicitly agreed revision or refund.
5. Clarification and support
One consolidated written request of up to three focused questions is included when submitted within seven calendar days of delivery. The response is due within two business days. It covers the accepted question and evidence. A new decision, materially changed scenario or substantial new evidence is outside the included scope. No automatic paid extension applies.
Routine service questions receive a response within two business days during 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. America/Vancouver business hours. No telephone consultation, live chat or emergency service is provided.
6. Cancellation and refunds
Cancel before first delivery for a full refund. Inability to fulfil the agreed scope brings a full refund. A missed delivery deadline makes a full refund due unless you explicitly accepted a revised deadline before the original expired.
If a deliverable is missing or materially fails the accepted scope, report it within seven calendar days of delivery. You may choose correction within two business days or a full refund. Disagreement with a reasoned perspective alone is not a promised refund ground. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Refunds are initiated within two business days, with return details confirmed through the private case. A refund is recorded as complete only after the operator verifies the bank record. Financial institutions control settlement timing.
7. Boundaries and responsibility
This is educational decision support, not legal, tax, investment, medical, therapeutic or other regulated advice. It excludes emergency assistance, valuations, securities selection, contract interpretation, employment dismissal decisions, specialist technical assurance, professional due diligence, investigations, representation and implementation. No business, financial, personal or psychological result is guaranteed.
You remain responsible for the decision and its implementation. The brief distinguishes your supplied facts from checked sources, assumptions and unknowns. Where professional advice is needed, obtain it before acting.
8. Private access and processing
Use your private case page for intake, delivery and clarification. Notifications contain no case narrative or attachments. Read the privacy and processing notice before sharing information. Protect your email and do not share access codes.
9. Assistants and representatives
An assistant may read public material and help compare options. Submitting personal information, accepting processing, agreeing scope or authorising payment requires the buyer's explicit permission for the exact action. Browsing, a free tool or a fit approval is not purchase authority. See the purchasing-assistant guidance.
