The free website and decision tools
The free decision page and option pressure test process your writing in your browser. It does not send it to Congaso or save it in browser storage. Reloading clears the page. A download is a plain-text file on your device. Browser recovery, extensions, shared devices and your network have their own privacy implications.
There are no advertising trackers or third-party fonts. Hosting requests reveal network information such as IP addresses to Cloudflare, which operates infrastructure in multiple countries. The public website does not establish Canadian-only processing.
Your request and private case
The start form sends your decision summary, category, email, invoice details and acknowledgements to Congaso. An immediate service-scope and availability check opens your invoice. You receive a private session for the request you just created and an email access code for returning later. Please do not send passwords, identity documents, health or personnel records, raw contracts, private messages, financial statements, community discussions or other information you are not authorised to share. There are no document uploads. Billing name and address are collected separately for invoicing and tax review. They are not part of the decision analysis.
Alex Pustovoyt reads the request and prepares and approves the final brief. Your decision details are not included in notification emails or payment metadata. The session created with your request stays in this tab’s memory. Returning to a case requires the access code sent to your email. Anyone with access to that email or your unlocked case session may be able to access your case.
Providers and processing
Cloudflare provides website delivery and the case service infrastructure, which may process information across countries. Case records are encrypted in storage and decrypted by the service for authorised access. This is not end-to-end encryption or a zero-knowledge service.
Payment is by Interac e-Transfer through your own financial institution. Your bank, the receiving bank and the payment network process transfer records under their own terms. Congaso retains the invoice, payment reference, amount, receipt status and necessary business records. Do not put decision details in a transfer message. Congaso does not collect your online banking credentials.
Transactional email is processed through XXV Mail on the operator’s managed mail servers. Email delivery also involves the recipient’s email provider; notices contain status and references rather than private decision material. Emails contain a case reference and instructions, without your narrative or delivery documents. A copy of service notifications is sent to the owner's administrative address, a@epv.ai.
Preparation and assistance
Every brief is prepared and approved by a person. Original private intake is not sent to a general-purpose model service. An additional processing or assistance arrangement must be disclosed and accepted before it is used. Removing names does not guarantee that a detailed situation is anonymous.
Retention and deletion
Case narratives and delivery material are removed 30 days after delivery or closure. Inactive unpaid case material is removed after 30 days. Unresolved paid fulfilment, clarification, payment or refund reconciliation is retained until resolved. Billing details, invoices, tax information, payment references, amounts and consent records are kept separately for accounting and dispute purposes, without the case narrative. The service operator and Cloudflare can process case content during authorised service operations.
You can request earlier deletion through your private case support route. An unresolved dispute or legal requirement may limit immediate deletion; we explain the exception. Deletion cannot remove your downloads, emails already delivered, or records a provider must retain independently.
Contact and changes
For privacy questions, contact contact@congaso.com. Do not include private case material in ordinary email. Material changes to the processing of an existing case require notice and, where needed, your agreement.
